What does “employee pricing” mean?
Employee pricing is Ford’s A Plan pricing for Ford employees and their families, providing the best vehicle pricing, which gives you the lowest possible price, usually below dealer invoice pricing. It takes the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) and deducts specific fees (such as holdback, advertising, and destination), and adds a program fee.
How much can I save with the Ford Employee Pricing Event?
You could save quite a bit of money – perhaps thousands of dollars, depending on the model and options. For example, a Ford F-150 XL model with an MSRP of $37,120 and an invoice price of $35,375 could have an A Plan price (or employee price) of $33,860, representing a savings of $1,500.
